WISP/manage System Components

The WISP network is built with nodes that can be configured and managed from a central location by the Fire4 WISP/manage software.

• WISPlink-1: An indoor single radio node that can be configured as an access point or a point-to-point radio link. The product can also be configured as a single radio half-duplex wireless repeater. The product also has a site survey mode.

• WISPlink-2: An indoor dual radio node that can be configured as a dual access point for high volume traffic, or as a full-duplex wireless repeater.

• WISPlink-3: Provides a WISP/manage interface for non-Fire4 access points and for Internet Kiosk applications. Two Ethernet ports are provided for wireless of switch network devices.

• WISPlink-4: An outdoor single radio node that can be configured as an access point, a point-to-point radio link or as a single radio half-duplex wireless repeater.

• WISPlink-10: An outdoor pole mounting high power single radio node that can be configured as an access point or a point-to-point radio link. The product can also be configured as a single radio half-duplex wireless repeater. The product also has a site survey mode.

• WISPlink-20: An indoor pole mounting high power dual radio node that can be configured as a dual access point for high volume traffic, or as a full-duplex wireless repeater.
