Marine Wi-Fi: Wave WiFi Ship-to-Shore Internet

Wave WiFi products extend the range of ship-board communications to marina hot spots. The user interface facilitates searching for shore based hot spots and initiating the connection process to establish an Internet connection.

Wave WiFi products can maintain data communications over distances up to 12 miles between the ship and shore based WISP hot spot. Wave WiFi products all support VoIP offering the low cost advantages of telephone calls via the Internet.

The ship based system bridge configuration provides a wireless to Ethernet conversion function plus an integrated access point. The radio RF output can be 26dBm or 30dBm.

A mast head power amplifier option is available to facilitate installation with long antenna cable runs on megayacht class ships.
